The HHAeXchange Mobile App is a valuable tool for caregivers who are HHAeXchange users. Please note that this app is not applicable to residents of Texas, Illinois, or Massachusetts.

The HHAeXchange Mobile App provides caregivers with a user-friendly solution for clocking in and out directly from their smartphones. With seamless integration to their agency and support for multiple languages, caregivers can access the app on the go to view their schedules, receive directions to patients' homes, clock in and out, communicate with their agency, and even accept new cases.

• Electronic Visit Verification (EVV): Easily clock in and out with just a tap of a button using the app's Electronic Visit Verification feature. Whether the visit takes place at the patient's home or in the community, HHAeXchange will verify the start of the visit by matching an approved patient address to the clock-in GPS coordinates.
• Scheduling: Stay updated on your scheduled visits in real time. Access patient information including demographics, specific plan of care tasks, and directions to their homes.
• Case Broadcasting: Receive immediate notifications when a shift becomes available and have the ability to request or reject it directly through the app.
• Visit Notes: Easily add detailed visit notes which can include text, images, and recorded audio.
• Messaging: Stay connected with your agency through the app's Message Center for real-time communication.
